This drawing is believed to be Edith, seventh Marchioness of Londonderry, the (daughter-in-law of Charles and Theresa).
The date appears to me to be either 1914 or 1916.

Viscountess Castlereagh and Edith are one and the same! To try to put it simply, while the Marquess and Marchioness of Londonderry were alive (the two whom Sargent painted in 1904 and 19??, that is), their son was referred to by a "courtesy title" (a title held by the father but not used by him, and instead used by his eldest son). In this case the titles were Viscount Castlereagh, and Edith (nee Chaplin, daughter of Henry Chaplin), Viscountess Castlereagh, was married to their eldest son. When the Marquess died, the Viscount and Viscountess Castlereagh succeeded to the titles as Marquess and Marchioness of Londonderry.
The source, we believe had incorrectly titled it Mrs. Charles Stewart carstairs (nee Eliz ??) -- the name was cut off.
