I'm so thrilled and moved at finding this. I am from Holland.
I don't know if I am related.
A few years ago we were in Israel. My father is jewish and we found Isreal very interesting. We visited the Israel museum in Jarusalem. And tears popped up again, cause we found a whole Wertheimer room. So my father asked for the family tree, and figured out that we were related to this family Wertheimer in that room.
In Holland Wertheimer is a very rare surname, so you can imagine how surprised I was when i found out about that painting.
Did you know the owner of Chanel (perfumes and clothing) is a Wertheimer to, but unfortunatly he's not my uncle or anything.
