The artist's brother, James Park; his daughter, Jennie Park, Indiana, Pennsylvania; Mrs. Norman Park (wife of Jennie Park's half-brother), Indiana, Pennsylvania; her daughter, Mrs. Enzer (Mary Park) Lewis, Indiana, Pennsylvania;[1] sold to (Mollard's Antique Shop, Westfield, New York); sold 1952 to Edgar William and Bernice Chrysler Garbisch; gift 1953 to NGA.
[1] Kathryn M. Royer, "Linton Park," M.A. Thesis, Pennsylvania State College, 1940: 20, writes, "...the picture is still in the possession of a member of the Park family, Miss Jennie Park, and hangs in the home of Mrs. Norman Park in Indiana." A descendant of the artist, Irene Park Barbor, assisted Royer with her research. In a letter of 29 Nov. 1972 (in NGA curatorial files), Barbor explains, "Jennie Park had been given the picture and she left it with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Norman Park of Chestnut Street, Indiana, Pa. My sister and I saw this picture hanging in her living room in the 1930's. Jennie never reclaimed the picture and it remained in the Park home. After Mrs. Norman Park died, her daughter Mrs. E.E. Lewis (Mary Park) acquired the picture by inheritance."
