THE BLUE HILL BAY GALLERY is a fine arts gallery located on the main street of Blue Hill, one of Maine's most charming coastal villages.

A beautiful 1820 brick cape serves as the backdrop for displaying works by nationally-recognized and emerging artists in a diversity of mediums, representing the natural beauty of Maine and New England

The Gallery is open 10-4 Tues-Sat from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and weekends thereafter.  On display is an ever-changing selection of paintings by over 30 contemporary artists as well as a large collection of historical Maine landscapes from the 19th and early 20th centuries.

The Gallery Director and photographer, Peter LaFreniere, founded Nature Art in 1996 to promote the appreciation and protection of wild creatures and places.  You can take a virtual tour of Maine by browsing this website.
