Cincinnati Art Galleries has over 25 Years Expertise and Professionalism in the pricing, exhibition and sale of American and European Paintings.  We have also been the nation’s leader in selling paintings by the Cincinnati School of Painters for the past 25 years.  We have researched, catalogued and sold thousands of Cincinnati related paintings. We specialize in paintings by fine artists either from or with connections to the American Midwest. Among these artists are names like Blum, Casinelli, DeCamp, Duveneck, Farny, Hauser, Hopkins, Hurley, Kaelin, Lindsay, Lord, Meakin, Meurer, Mosler, Myers, Nourse, Potthast, Selden, Sharp, Sonntag, Twachtman, Volkert, Weis and Wessel, to name a few. Many of these artists are representative of the finest schools in American painting, including the Taos School, and the Hudson River School. We often carry artists not listed above from the aforementioned schools and well-known Regionalist painters. Our gallery also handles works by several contemporary Cincinnati Artists.

We are proud of both our local reputation as well as our reputation amongst the finest art dealers in the country.  Our catalogues are used as references in many museums, galleries, and libraries around the country.  We are a member of FADA {Fine Art Dealer’s Association} which is an organization of respected and established dealers from across the United States. Membership in FADA is highly selective and by invitation only.  Its’ members are dedicated to promoting and maintaining the highest degree of professionalism, scholarship and integrity in all business conducted with colleagues, institutions and the art buying public.  Our contacts in the art world are fairly extensive so individuals and parties interested in buying works created by a particular artist or in a certain classification can ask for our assistance.

We are very PROUD to say that we have raised over $400,000 in Fundraising (from our annul Panorama Exhibitions in December) for Local Arts Organizations including:  Cincinnati Art Museum, Taft Museum, School for the Creative and Performing Arts, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Museum Center.
